The goal is to share the results with the LSAT and Administration in the coming weeks. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Throughout this past summer, members of the Miner Equity Team worked with Miner leadership to develop standardized communications processes for the school community, which are set out in the attached Miner Communications Plan. This idea of standardizing communications for Miner arose out of many discussions among members of the school community, PTO-related discussions, and the 2019 Kindred Antiracism Dialogue Groups. The Plan was also a deliverable sought by Miner leadership.
The Miner Communications Plan seeks to standardize the ways that information is communicated across the school community to clarify expectations, ensure consistency, and promote equity. As you will see, the Communications Plan is adapted for both distance learning and for when we return to in-person learning. As set out in the Plan, it will periodically be revisited to ensure that communications are working for members of the entire school community. Click here to download the Communications Plan. |
